This is the best mini storage in Pullman,in my opinion.The staff there, especially Riley went above and beyond to help me out.She was very kind and understanding about my situation. She even went so far as to go out to my unit and check for any possible lingering spider webs out for me,since I have a fear of spiders.. Keep in mind it had Already been cleaned, but she was considerate of my phobias and offered, herself to go out and double check it for me..! How many storage places would do that for a renter?. She was always extremely helpful and still remained professional..I wouldn't go anywhere else for my storage needs in the future. This place is a rare find. Thanks so much Riley for being so kind...🙂

I don’t really leave reviews on anything. But, it is awful to cancel your storage unit. In the beginning of August, I went to there to move out and went to the office and they were not there during office hours. I have called, left voicemails, texted, and went there in person throughout the month to cancel, never got a response back. I finally got there when it was open for once and they said we had to pay September because they don’t have record of my cancellation notice, well because you never were there for me to do that even though I left voicemails early on. So, I have to still pay for September even I moved out in the beginning of August. So, watch out when you don’t need the unit anymore, it sucks and unfair. Everything was easy and nice by the way, it just sucks to be treated unfairly.

They allow pick up and drop off of uhaul at their site and allow for you to make a uhaul order. But they offer no help to the customer trying to weigh options. They could only inform me to get ahold of uhaul corporate. I was trying to rent a 2 wheel car dolly, and I had rented one less than a year ago for the same model of car but was informed here I wouldn't be able to due to their computer not recommending that dolly. I asked why I wouldn't be able to use the same one as before as this would be a better fit for my situation. Their answer was, "I don't know." When asking what the difference in loading would be, they didn't know. I reached out to uhaul Corporate and found out I could use the 2 wheel dolly for my setup. I went back into c&s to ask why I was able to get a different answer. They then told me that they have a different. more generic setup than at uhaul sites. But they couldn't tell me that when I asked why I couldn't get the 2 wheel dolly I had previously rented. Ask questions, and double-check. If you're going to allow us to schedule a uhaul pick-up at your location, give your employees all the information they need to inform customers. Instead of sending them to uhaul corporate and told that c&s mini storage was incorrect.

I rented a unit online on Friday it is now Monday they have their own padlock on there nobody there to let me in even though it's an open storage unit I've left numerous messages they've been open for a half hour today still no phone calls back I'm not impressed and want my money back because I had to find a different storage unit because they do not tell you in any cause that I saw stating while we have it locked up with our green little padlock

Appreciate the exceptional customer service from John and Mike after our long drive across the state to pick up a U-Haul trailer. They called prior to our pick-up to verify our arrival time, the office was clean and welcoming, and they were patient and helpful as we completed the rental process and hitched up the trailer. The trip back across the state with a half-full trailer was surprisingly smooth and easy for this first time trailer-tower.

This storage facility was friendly and helpful with all of my interactions as I rented a unit for nearly a year. I had lost an item when moving out and it was recovered. The storage access was accessible, tidy. In the winter snow kept clear of obstruction. Fair prices for the quality of the storage service received.

The entire experience was quite easy and painless. I live out of state and was searching for storage for my daughter that lives in Pullman. The staff was terrific and answered all my questions and was able to take care of all of my daughter's storage needs and moving assistance.

If you go here for storage or a Uhaul, ask for Renee!! I called looking for a unit in Pullman for the summer and they were all booked out, so she helped me find a unit in Cheney, set me up, and made everything so easy. Not to mention, she did everything she could and helped us save about $150 with our Uhaul we used from them also. Thanks again Renee, you’re awesome!!

We have rented storage units from here twice, over the last few years, and Mike has always been so honest, helpful, and straightforward with us. C&S is by far my favorite mini storage in the Pullman, and surrounding, area. I called other mini storage locations and they were never as polite as Mike was when I called him. Great mini storage!

I reserved on line for 79.00 then it tell u to call when u do they say it’s 99.00 and 17 for insurance. Oh they said we will give you a free month but the free month was the month you reserved the unit not the month you move in. Not good for college students sound like you are taking advantage of them. I canceled and will not be using your company. Ripping students off is not a good look for your company.

Customer from Jan-Sep 2021 storing items for our daughter when she suspended classes at WSU and moved home due to COVID. Great staff (Mike in particular) who really went out of their way to help out. Two stories:
- Daughter's friend went to the unit to remove some items and didn't get the lock re-installed properly when finished. Mike noticed it on a facility inspection that same night, called to report the issue, and got the unit properly secured.
- We don't live in the Pullman area, and when our daughter decided she wouldn't be returning to WSU Mike worked with us and a moving company via e-mail and phone to get the contents removed and the unit turned over. REALLY helpful with saving us time, money, and stress.
Would ABSOLUTELY be my first choice for any storage needs in Pullman.

I had a great experience until my rent was increased and more than doubled with only a months notice. This is unreasonable considering I have found other units available for the same price that are double the size with cleaner and updated facilities. I will recommend other places to people because Pullman is a college town and most students would not be okay with having their rent more than double in price. My rent from $39 to $89 and when I called to talk to them about it I received attitude and was told I need to let them know 30 days before I plan on leaving or I’ll be charged. They also said that I am getting a special discount of $10 since normally a 5x10 unit is $99. I recommend cougars closet since they have 10x10 units available for $90. The storage spot also has cheaper units available for the same size. UPDATE: As proof to show that I did not receive a “special rate” for an exceeded amount of time, here is showing the rent per month, $39, and the actual discounted rate that I received for ONE month which was $19.50. When I started renting my unit the price was $39 at the FULL rate not discounted. To avoid any confusion I have attached the document showing that, yes, I did receive a discounted rate for my first months rent as advertised when I first started renting. This was not a system error, this was lack of management skills. Even if it was a system error it is highly unprofessional to blame it on that rather than not taking responsibility for managing your units being priced properly.

I loved renting with them because they had a convenient location and I was paying a decent price for my unit. However, I just got a notification that my rent is going up $40 a month, starting next month. I was paying a competitive price for a unit already, and now it is the highest in town.

I was on a waiting list and finally got the call back while at work. when i called back after work, they had rented the unit to someone else! What is the point of the waiting list if you rent out from under people... not cool! im definitely going somewhere else!

As a storage rental, the unit I received is clean and easy to get to with a truck. Michael the staff is wonderful to work with! As a Uhaul rental agent, he goes out of his way to assist in accommodating his customers with exactly what they want in a rental. If you are going elsewhere, you are missing out!
